Imagine the scene: without warning, a young woman collapses

no pulse; still, emergency medical personnel manage to resuscitate her. She
emerges from her coma a mere ten weeks later, but she’s suffered severe brain
damage in that time. She is never able to communicate or respond again.

The main court house is in Kingman but there are branch court houses in Lake Havasu and Kingman. Kingman has four judges.
Judge Roth is the family court judge and the only female judge. She has been on the bench over 7 years and was formerly a child support enforcement attorney with the Arizona Attorney General.
Judge Conn has been on the bench since 1987 and was formerly a Mohave County Attorney and is the only Democrat judge. He is presiding criminal judge.
